All prices include tax.

The conference fee covers:
- participation in all lectures and the poster session;
- conference materials (including the electronic Book of Abstracts);
- coffee breaks;
- lunches;
- conference barbecue.

The conference fee does not cover:
- travel expenses;
- medical, accident and liability insurance;
- visa fees.

01.07.2024-31.07.2024: 50% refund
From 01.08.2024: No refund
